StorHub thinks that they can keep increasing fees with impunity as consumers won’t make the effort to transfer their wines from Winebanc to another storage company. Hence if you haven’t signed up, better to consider those that offer longer term contracts at a fixed rate. Additionally, don’t be taken in by the fancy facilities - if you don’t intend to use them, you are subsidizing others that do. Especially Angela who is very swift on assisting my requests on some wine delivery days when i have to use the public area for temporary storage. A storage place where i am satisfied with, planning on upgrading soon too. Chit wei leea year agoAfter many months of consideration finally decided to take a small unit and am glad that I have made this decision to save all my trouble. During this period Angela has been very patience and helpful and no hard selling . Glad that they have tasting room and temporary storage for your wine delivery. The only thing I wished they could provide is the platform , if it can have lever to move up and down , will make the movement of the wine to the top locker easier .
