Teck Boon2 years agoNew storage building just started in 2021. 3rd Winebanc storage location by Storhub. Temperature is kept at 14°C and humidity is around 68%. Would be great if they can bring the humidity up a bit more. Wine storage located on the first floor so really convenient. Security is good and parking is plentiful. Peter who attended to me was very helpful and everything was sorted out within 30mins. Ken Sima year agoHave opened a wine storage today with Winebanc Kallang. Pleasant location near town, many free available parking lots. Wine lockers are clean, with good control of temperature and humidity, and comes with security feature to detect potential unauthorized access to your locker. Paper work is a breeze, served by friendly and patient staff Angela. Highly recommended to store your wine at this location. Andy Teoa year agoFirstly, over the phone, I was greeted by Angela. She is very professional and went through all the trouble to send me what is avail at her kallang location. At first I decline their offer and she was still cool as I told her frankly I was offered a better location at a better price but it didn’t go well as the quote was not for wine storage. After which I went back to Angela, and made an appointment with her for the viewing, she is extremely professional and friendly, and went that extra mile to show case to me all the different storage they have and price. I was extremely pleased with her service and signed on the spot for a year tenure.
All I can say is she has done an impeccable job and would always gave good advice without being pushy.
